Nerve pain showdown: surgery or no surgery?

Summary
This study compares surgery to non-surgical treatment for people with persistent median nerve compression in the arm. About 160 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see which approach better improves symptoms after 6 months.
