Summary
This study aims to make vascular surgeries safer by using a recording system called the 'OR Black Box' in hybrid operating rooms. It will record 400 planned vascular procedures to analyze what causes errors and how team behavior affects safety. The goal is to find better ways to train surgical teams and improve hospital procedures to prevent mistakes.
