Summary
This study is testing a new computer alert system designed to help anesthesia doctors better prevent nausea and vomiting after surgery. It will involve nearly 20,000 adults having planned surgery with general anesthesia. The tool gives doctors timely reminders about which patients are at higher risk and suggests personalized prevention strategies during their care.
