Massive study probes simple surgery Monitor's link to death risk
NCT ID NCT07164339
Summary
This study aims to find out if a simple measurement of blood flow during surgery is linked to a patient's risk of dying or having serious complications afterwards. Researchers will analyze the medical records of 425,000 adults who had non-heart surgery. The goal is to see if this common operating room measurement can help doctors better predict and prevent bad outcomes.
