Summary
This trial is testing a very intensive treatment for pancreatic cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. It combines major surgery to remove all visible tumors with a special procedure where heated chemotherapy is washed around inside the abdomen during the operation. The main goals are to see if this aggressive approach is safe and if it can help control the cancer and improve patients' quality of life and survival.
