New surgery aims to restore intimacy for women
NCT ID NCT07245823
Summary
This study is comparing two surgical repair techniques for women experiencing vaginal laxity (a feeling of the vagina being too large) and related sexual discomfort, often linked to pelvic organ prolapse. It aims to see which method is better at restoring normal anatomy and improving a woman's quality of life and self-image. The study will follow 100 women for 12 months after their surgery to measure success.
