New surgical approach aims to fix penile curvature with less damage
NCT ID NCT07470528
Summary
This study compares two surgical methods to correct severe penile curvature caused by Peyronie's disease. Researchers want to see if a newer, more delicate technique (subtunical microdissection) works as well as the standard surgery (plaque incision and grafting) at straightening the penis. The main goal is to find out which method better preserves a man's erectile function after the operation.
