Breast surgery for metastatic cancer: hope or hype?

Summary

This study is for women with breast cancer that has spread to only a few other spots (oligometastatic). It compares those who have surgery to remove the main tumor plus chemotherapy against those who get chemotherapy alone. The goal is to see if surgery helps them live longer and improves quality of life. The study is enrolling 110 participants in Pakistan.
