Summary
This study compared three common surgical procedures for stress urinary incontinence (bladder leaks during activities like coughing or sneezing) in women. Researchers followed 80 women who received either a TOT, TVT, or Burch procedure. They used ultrasound scans and patient questionnaires to see which surgery provided the best bladder support and symptom relief three months after the operation.
