Summary
This study is testing a specific surgical technique to treat a rare birth defect where the two bones in the forearm are fused together, limiting arm rotation. The surgery involves cutting and repositioning the bones, then holding them with wires. The goal is to restore the ability to turn the hand and improve arm function in children aged 4 to 12.
