Summary
This study aims to find the best surgical method for treating a painful anal tunnel called a fistula. It will compare three different techniques in 90 patients to see which one heals the fistula most effectively while best preserving the patient's normal bowel control. The goal is to improve outcomes by balancing high healing rates with a lower risk of incontinence.
