Summary
This study is testing if a printed decision-making guide helps people with chronic nasal congestion feel more confident and less regretful about their choice of surgery. Researchers will compare patients who get the standard doctor's explanation to those who also receive the printed guide. The goal is to improve how patients and doctors make decisions together about surgical treatments.
