Summary

This study aims to see how well the medication Nuwiq works to prevent bleeding during and after major surgery in patients with severe hemophilia A who are already taking emicizumab. The research will involve about 28 male patients aged 12 and older who are scheduled for major surgery. Doctors will carefully monitor bleeding control during the operation and recovery period to determine if this treatment approach is effective and safe.
