Summary
This international study aims to see if surgery can help patients with advanced pancreatic cancer that was initially considered inoperable. It will follow 150 patients whose tumors shrank or stabilized after several months of strong chemotherapy. The main goal is to understand if this aggressive approach improves both survival and quality of life for these patients.
