Summary

This study tests a new system called SurgeCon designed to reduce overcrowding and long wait times in emergency departments. Over 400,000 people visiting four emergency rooms in Newfoundland will be included. The goal is to see if SurgeCon can help patients be seen faster and improve their overall experience.
