Summary
This study looks at different physical therapy combinations for people with shoulder tendon pain (supraspinatus tendinitis). About 120 adults aged 40-60 with one-sided shoulder pain will be split into groups to receive blood flow restriction training, shockwave therapy, eccentric training, or routine physical therapy. Researchers will measure pain, range of motion, strength, and tendon thickness over 12 weeks to find the most effective approach.
