Summary
This study is testing a new support program for family members and friends who provide unpaid care for older adults with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and frailty. The program involves a few meetings with a trained professional over 12 weeks to help caregivers manage stress, find resources, and improve communication. The main goal is to see if this program is practical and helpful before launching a larger study.
