Summary
This study aims to create and test a certification system for programs that support healthcare workers, like doctors and nurses, after they experience a traumatic or stressful event at work. It will gather expert opinions and test the system in hospitals across Europe. The goal is to set a standard for better support, which could improve staff well-being and patient safety.
