Summary
This study is tracking 282 people with coronary artery disease who received a special balloon coated with a drug (paclitaxel) to open blocked heart arteries. The goal is to see how safe and effective the balloon is over the long term in everyday medical practice. Researchers will monitor for heart-related deaths, heart attacks, or the need for repeat procedures.
