Summary
This study aims to see if two dietary supplements, Congaplex and Immuplex, can improve the appearance of vertical ridges in fingernails and the quality of hair in healthy adults. Researchers will compare these supplements to an active control product over six months. The study will also check for changes in general health and vision.
