Summary
This study is developing and testing a new supervision strategy for addiction treatment programs. It aims to better support counselors, reduce their burnout, and improve their performance, which could lead to better outcomes for people seeking treatment for substance use disorders. The pilot will involve 43 supervisors and counselors from residential treatment programs to see if the strategy is practical and acceptable.
