Summary
This study compares two ways to treat shoulder impingement syndrome, a common cause of pain and limited movement. About 63 adults will be split into three groups: supervised rehab with a physiotherapist, a home exercise program, or no treatment. Researchers will measure pain, function, and quality of life to see which approach works best.
