Oxygen boost after heart attack: could it save more heart muscle?

Summary
This study tracks 1,000 adults who had a major heart attack to see if adding SuperSaturated Oxygen therapy to standard artery-opening treatment reduces heart damage and prevents future heart problems. Participants are either given the extra oxygen or standard care alone, and researchers measure heart function and survival over about 1.5 years. The goal is to find a better way to protect the heart after an attack.
