New study tests better injection spot for stubborn back pain

Summary
This study looks at two ways to give a nerve block injection for a condition called superior cluneal nerve entrapment, which can cause long-term low back and buttock pain. Researchers want to see if injecting closer to the spine or farther away works better for pain relief and daily function. About 54 adults with chronic pain that hasn't improved with other treatments will take part.
