First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether drinking water with extra oxygen can raise blood oxygen levels and improve energy in healthy adults. 60 participants were randomly assigned to drink either super-oxygenated water or plain water, and neither they nor the researchers knew which they received. The goal was to see if this simple, non-invasive method could offer benefits similar to more complex oxygen therapies.
