First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tested if drinking water with extra oxygen can raise blood oxygen levels and improve energy in healthy adults. 60 participants were randomly assigned to drink either super-oxygenated water or regular water, and neither they nor the doctors knew which they received. The goal was to see if this simple, non-invasive method could offer benefits similar to more complex oxygen therapies.
