Can this sunscreen stop skin damage before it turns cancerous?

Summary
This study is testing whether a specific sunscreen, used along with other sun protection habits, can prevent new pre-cancerous skin lesions from forming in people who already have them. It will involve 80 adults aged 60 and older who have multiple existing lesions. Participants will be randomly assigned to use either the test sunscreen or follow their usual routine to compare results.
