Teens learn to stop sexual violence before it starts

Summary

This study tests a new school program called SUN (Stand Up Now) that teaches high school students how to recognize and safely intervene in situations where sexual violence might happen. About 231 teens in Portugal will take part, with some receiving the program and others not. The goal is to reduce harmful myths, increase empathy, and improve bystander skills to prevent sexual violence.
