Summary

This study tests a new malaria vaccine called SUM-101 in 24 adults in Tanzania who have had malaria before. Participants receive the vaccine or a placebo, then are exposed to a controlled malaria infection to see if the vaccine delays or prevents illness. The goal is to check safety and early signs of protection.
