Hand and foot therapy tested for severe period cramps
NCT ID NCT06983600
Summary
This study tested whether SuJok therapy, a non-drug treatment that applies pressure to points on the hands and feet, could reduce pain and improve quality of life for young women with severe menstrual cramps. It involved 100 female university students who reported significant period pain. Researchers compared pain levels and life quality scores before and after the therapy to see if it helped.
