Summary

This study tested SuJok therapy—a noninvasive acupressure technique on the hands and feet—to see if it reduces period pain and improves quality of life. One hundred young women with primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods) took part. The approach aims to stimulate body reflection points to relieve pain without medication.
