Summary
This study aims to understand why people with depression or bipolar disorder might harm themselves or attempt suicide. Researchers will survey 25,000 patients in China to identify key risk factors and create a model to predict this risk. The study involves questionnaires and follow-up interviews, but does not test any new treatments.
