New hope for postmenopausal women with bladder leaks
NCT ID NCT07186985
Summary
This study aims to find out if a combination of pelvic floor muscle exercises and an estrogen cream works better than the cream alone for treating stress urinary incontinence in women after menopause. About 115 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combined treatment or just the cream, and their symptoms will be tracked for 6 months. The goal is to see if adding the exercises provides extra benefit for controlling urine leakage during activities like coughing or laughing.
