Doctors seek safer dose for Infants' Wake-Up drug

NCT ID NCT07477132

Summary

This study aims to find the correct dose of a drug called sugammadex for infants under 2 years old. Sugammadex is given after surgery to quickly reverse the effects of a muscle-paralyzing drug, helping babies wake up and breathe on their own. Researchers will test different doses in 99 infants to see what works best and is safest for different age groups.
