Summary
This was a small pilot study to see if a new 'care navigation' service could help more people get treatment for drug or alcohol use. The study tested the process of connecting patients who called a mental health help line with a special guide to find treatment options. The main goal was to see if this approach was practical and acceptable before launching a larger trial.
