Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new way to give the cancer drug trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) as a shot under the skin instead of through an IV. It includes about 76 adults with metastatic solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to check safety, side effects, and the right dose.
