Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new under-the-skin injection version of a cancer drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan. It aims to see if this method is safe, tolerable, and effective for adults whose solid tumors have spread or returned after treatment. The study will first find the right dose and then expand to see how well it works in specific groups of patients.
