Summary
This study tests a new drug called STX-241 in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to standard targeted therapies. The drug is designed to reach the brain and attack cancer cells with specific genetic changes. The trial will check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors.
