Summary

This study aimed to understand how well people remember and report the foods they eat. Researchers served 75 adults a carefully weighed meal and then asked them to recall what they ate the next day. The goal was to see which types of foods, like mixed dishes or snacks, are most often forgotten or misreported in common diet surveys.
