Can a heavy Warm-Up help you squat more?

NCT ID NCT06825065

Summary

This study tested if a specific warm-up routine could help people lift more weight during a workout. Nine trained men performed two different warm-ups before doing squats to failure. Researchers measured if the heavy warm-up led to more total weight lifted or more repetitions compared to a lighter warm-up.
