Summary
This study aims to understand how physical and emotional exhaustion affects physiotherapists' engagement at work. Researchers will survey 80 working physiotherapists in Türkiye to measure their fatigue levels and tendency toward 'quiet quitting'—mentally checking out while staying on the job. The goal is to gather information that could help improve job satisfaction and well-being in this profession.
