Researchers survey hospital staff to link workplace stress with patient safety
NCT ID NCT07341295
Summary
This study aimed to understand the connection between workplace stress and patient safety culture in hospitals. Researchers surveyed 143 healthcare workers at a single center using two questionnaires to measure their stress levels and their views on safety practices. The goal was to see if how staff view risk management predicts their stress, and to identify workplace factors that might affect both.
