Summary

This study looks at how different messages about electronic health records (EHRs) affect whether patients review their records and report errors. About 3000 people who already use their patient portal will take a short survey, review their EHR, and answer follow-up questions. The goal is to learn which wording encourages more engagement and error reporting.
