Summary
This study aimed to understand how often alcohol or drugs are involved when people report sexual assault. Researchers in Ghent, Belgium, collected information and samples from 114 patients who came to a care center after an assault. The goal was to gather data to better understand these situations and inform future care and prevention efforts.
