Coaching may boost breast cancer drug adherence

Summary
This study looks at whether extra education and counseling helps women with HR+/HER2- early breast cancer take their prescribed medication (abemaciclib) more consistently. About 257 women will either receive standard care or additional coaching. The main goal is to see if coaching helps them stay on treatment longer.
