Summary
This study aims to understand how non-vegetarian Americans use beans, peas, and lentils in their meals. Researchers will ask 76 healthy participants to complete computer tasks about food choices when building meals. The study will also explore how people feel about eating these foods and whether they use them as substitutes for other ingredients.
