First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tested whether a combination of venetoclax and azacytidine (or a DA regimen) could prevent relapse in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who still had measurable disease (MRD positive) after standard chemotherapy. The goal was to extend the time patients stayed in remission. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
