First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug, sacituzumab tirumotecan, given alone or with another drug (osimertinib), can shrink tumors before surgery in people with a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer). About 60 adults with early-stage, operable cancer will receive the treatment and then have surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients have very few or no cancer cells left in the removed tumor.
