Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called eciskafusp alfa (RO7284755), alone or with another immunotherapy (atezolizumab), in 189 adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to check safety and find the right dose. Researchers also looked for signs that the tumors shrank. The study is now complete.
