First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at whether injections of poly-L-lactic acid (a type of collagen stimulator) can improve loose skin on the belly in people taking GLP-1 medications like Ozempic or Wegovy. It will include 20 women aged 25-65 with mild to moderate skin laxity and stable weight. The goal is to see if this treatment can ease the cosmetic side effect of sagging skin after weight loss.
